Without a doubt, our greatest strength are our dedicated, experienced teachers and staff members who are devoted to our mission of emphasizing both the developmental and academic growth of young children.

Our teachers are warm, caring, and sensitive—and they easily connect with children to provide them with both academic and emotional support. They talk to children individually, encourage their curiosity, give them feedback that stretches their thinking and learning, and work closely with them on mastering age-appropriate skills.

How We Hire

Our process is pretty straightforward; the path to getting hired typically involves a phone conversation with an Administrator, followed by an onsite interview at our school.

To give you a sense of what working at Turtle Rock is really like, candidates will be asked to spend a day or two in our classrooms as a working interview.
