Employment at Turtle Rock

Inspiring. Rewarding. Fun. These are just some of the words our staff commonly use to describe their jobs at Turtle Rock. No matter what you do here, you’ll play an important part in shaping the future of children’s lives.

Our Teachers and Staff

Without a doubt, our greatest strength are our dedicated, experienced teachers and staff members who are devoted to our mission of emphasizing both the developmental and academic growth of young children.

Our teachers are warm, caring, and sensitive—and they easily connect with children to provide them with both academic and emotional support. They talk to children individually, encourage their curiosity, give them feedback that stretches their thinking and learning, and work closely with them on mastering age-appropriate skills.
